From January 20th to January 27th we spent a fantastic week with our friends in Glarnerland, Switzerland. Easy to get to by Road and Rail from Zurich, this is an amazing winter playground with the nearby ski resorts of Braunwald and Elm offering skiing, snowboarding, sledging in winter and walking in summer.
We had 4 days of snow then 3 days of sunshine, showing off the countryside at it's best, even though the temperature dropped to -13.
We were well looked after by Andrea and Marianne with thanks also to Ursi and Carla, and a hi to Rolf.
